  • $200 deposit per applicant

Requirements

  • Each Resident must complete an application 
  • Student applicants are required to have a parent guarantor
  • Non-student applicants must meet standard screening criteria
  • Renter's insurance is required prior to move-in

Utilities

  • Residents are responsible for all utilities
  • Electric, water, sewer, and sanitation are billed through Starkville Utilities on one statement monthly
  • High-speed fiber internet is available through MaxxSouth and is optional
